    Namaste Subhash Ji,your video is very informative and excellent. I have one question during exhaling do I need to make the humming sound through throat. My doubt is humming sound is created in throat or in nose. Request if you can please guide.

      You may need to strengthen your neck and shoulders by practicing the pose with the wall support for some time. Visit my blog here - yogawithsubhash.com/2016/09/13/sarvangasana-shouder-stand-with-wall-support/ for instructions. There is also a link to the youtube video for the pose. In the pose against the wall, you can experiment by lifting only one leg at a time. Soon, you'll be able to do the pose without having to roll back and forth.

    Is it any connection with Viprida swasa kriya in Shambhavi Maha Mudra of Isha foundation's Inner Engineering of Sadhguru,which I practice regularly. But I feel very much easier and apt practice nadi sanchalana to opt in day today life Thank you Guruji. Pranamam❤.

      Hello Ajit, I am glad that you find the Nadi Sanchalan practice easy and helpful. However, since I am not familiar with the Shambhavi Maha Mudra of Isha foundation, I am not able to answer your question as to whether or not there is a connection between the two.

    Surya namaskar is a minimized form of Surya Kriya. Yogis saw that people will avoid doing the full cycle of surya kriya. So they reduced the surya kriya to Surya namaskar. Surya kriya has immense spiritual ability compared to Surya namaskar. But surya kriya is extremely long and takes 20 min to complete one cycle. It's good that people are not teaching some form of yoga like surya kriya online. Otherwise it will impact people's lives.

      You may continue to practice with the wall support until you develop enough neck and shoulder strength to try without wall support.
